Dr. Sameet Gill

Clinical Focus

Dr. Gill's clinical work spans full arch implant rehabilitation, dentures, dental implants, Invisalign, tooth extractions, pediatric dentistry, and restorative care. She has researched and implemented advanced dental technology throughout her career and mentors fellow clinicians in implantology and digital dentistry across Alberta.

Dr. Gill recently completed the Full Arch Masters program, an advanced course focused on the digital workflow for full arch implant rehabilitation. This procedure allows patients who have lost all or most of their teeth to have a complete smile restored with implants, often within a single day. Using digital scanning, computer-guided surgery, and same-day restoration techniques, she is trained to deliver this transformative treatment with precision and care.

Her years of volunteering at Good Samaritan in Alberta gave her a firsthand understanding of what tooth loss means to a patient beyond the clinical picture. That understanding shapes how she approaches every denture and implant case she takes on, whether it is a single implant or a full arch restoration.

Her Story

Raised by a single mother, Dr. Gill knows firsthand what it means to face difficulties that others around you may never see, and how much it means when someone reaches out a hand during those seasons. Catholic Social Services was that hand for her and her mother, and that experience shaped the person and the doctor she became.

Community & Giving Back

Today, Dr. Gill gives back to Catholic Social Services and supports food banks across Alberta. Having walked that road herself, she built a tuition support program within her own clinic, giving her team members the chance to pursue further education without the weight that so often gets in the way. She organized and led a pro bono dental clinic in Bhutan, bringing free dental care to communities with little to none. In Alberta, she supports Good Samaritan and spends time with the seniors who call it home.

Recognition

Dr. Gill was named Dentist of the Year in Canada and Young Dentist of the Year globally at the 2024 Forttuna Global Excellence Awards.

Beyond the Clinic

At the heart of it all, Dr. Gill is a mother, a wife, and a dog mom to their beloved labradoodle Polly. She believes that the right person at the right moment can change the course of someone's life, and that belief shapes every room she walks into, in her clinic, across Alberta, and at home.
